Group families of terms in the same help file?

For example, right now, there is a separate help file for degree(), idegree(), odegree(), b1degree(), and b2degree(), with most of the text duplicated. This isn't in itself a problem, since we can use various tricks to reduce text duplication, but it might be beneficial to the user to be able to see equivalent terms for different network types side by side.
