Possible to add a floating TOC to the term vignette?

It should be possible. I am not sure how much we should be investing in the term vignette at this point: it can't be dynamically updated as packages are loaded and unloaded (as far as I know), whereas ergmTerm has all the same information but is automatically updated.

Then I'd love to see the ergmTerm document have a floating TOC ;) (I know, not an option).

I'm wondering if it might be useful to have a static version of this information, with better navigation and a bit of introductory front matter, as part of a larger set of help materials for Statnet. The R documentation is complete, just not particularly user friendly for newbies.
