vignette("ergm-term-crossRef") needs work

This originally started as a reference for just the ergm terms. It now includes some info on term operators, but not enough to make it useful to the type of end-user originally envisioned.

Term operators are not mentioned until you get to the "Term definitions table". That now starts with all of the term operators, and there is no distinction in the table between the section with definitions of the operators and the original section with the definitions of the terms themselves.

It would be good to either:

• Split these into two separate vignettes, one for terms, the other for term operators (my pref).

• Split the definitions table into two sections: Term Definitions, and Term Operator Definitions.

Either way, we'll need to add some text describing what term operators are. That can be pulled from the ergm4 paper.
