Code to produce term index in ergm-term-crossRef.Rmd should quote the Rd to prevent spurious links in Markdown.

We get the following on the WinBuilder:

This turned out to be a result of the following Rd segments in ergm-terms.Rd: https://github.com/statnet/ergm/blob/141318c3639245262a956b044949b7f6d6923253/man/ergm-terms.Rd#L495-L508 where [...](...) is mistaken for a link.

@skyebend , any idea how this should be done? @joycecheng , is the new implementation affected by this?

seems like a bug in the CRAN link parser, but maybe putting line 496 and 497 on the same line would help it recognize that it is inside the \deqn escape? are \deqn and \eqn the same thing?

Possibly. Just noticed that the windows build is failing on my branch as well before the vignettes are built. I'll port whatever fix ends up being applied to master.
