Error when downloading specific dataset using od_table()
Describe the bug
od_table() throws an error when trying to download dataset OGD__steuer_lst_ab_2008_4_LST_4 , whereas all other available datasets discovered with od_list() worked.

Expected behavior I expected to get the corresponding R6-class object, e.g.
od_table("OGD__steuer_lst_ab_2008_2_LST_2")

@DavidZenz thx for reporting. It looks to me as if this is not really an issue withstatCubeR but that the .csv that is used (https://data.statistik.gv.at/data/OGD__steuer_lst_ab_2008_4_LST_4.csv) is empty. I am already in touch with the persons responsible for this dataset and hope that the file will be available soon.
