tutorial dataset
Hallo, i was running popscle demuxlet on the tutorial dataset, which detected 6 doublets. However, based on the .best file in the goole drive, the dataset has roughly 40 doublets. Why was a difference between 2 result? Does dsc-pileup change the result eventually?

Most likely, it is because the default parameter was changed. The default parameters are not identical between versions

Sorry but another question, can I ask which parameter has changed? I am thinking maybe the alpha value in this case.
