Fail encountered because of the verison of libStatGen in src/ is too old
Hi There,
I encountered errors when compiling in scr/. I've fixed the error by replacing the libStatGen in src/ with the latest version (https://github.com/statgen/libStatGen.git). But it took me a while to find out the errors I met were because of the old version of libStatGen included in src/. You may want to replace src/libStatGen with the most recent version, in case other users met same problems.

Thanks for the reply! I use GCC version 9.2.0. I’m sorry if I raise any unnecessary issues. I’m a new user of gotcloud and the reason I use the awesome package developed by you guys was because the vcfCooker included in gotcloud is recommend by the Michigan Imputation Server (MIS) to prepare data for imputation of genetic data. The reason why I’d like to let you know the potential bug is that the MIS is a very popular platform and have a large number of users. Just in case other users may meet the same problem.
