Bubbletea applications are broken in notebook terminal

Bubbletea applications have a tendency to break on scroll in the notebook terminal. This prevents us, unfortunately, from running runme inside vscode-runme :(

There are a few reasons in my mind as to why this could happen, mostly related to resize behavior.

Oh man. Christopher Nolan won't like that if he wants to use Runme for a sequel to Inception.
