Update Tangle version to `v2.2.0`

We have done some improvements on the tangle lib to allow webview events without having them all to be resolved first. This PR updates the tangle version including updates of other dependencies.

I tested it thoroughly and it seems to now behave as expected. The tangle lib still sends every event twice but I can fix this in the lib.
