standalone modules not found, but documentation refers to them

There exist various references to src/models/sequence/ss/standalone/s4.py, but such file does not exist.

It would be lovely to either have a standalone version, or an installable version

I can found them in: src/models/s4/s4.py but it is documented wrong in many files

Thanks for pointing this out! I found out of date references in 3 places, let me know if there are any more.

I plan to let this latest release out for a few days/weeks in case there are any bugs that existing users catch, before converting it into a pip package

Thanks You don't have to upload it to PyPi for it to be installable - if you add a setup.py to the repo, people could test installing directly from master, and let you know of issues
