Installer URL still available and throws error

Describe the bug The installer URL is still kind of accessible - throws a ReflectionException: Class Statamic\Http\Middleware\Installer does not exist

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install Statamic
  2. Remove the installer
  3. Go to /installer of your newly-minted site

Expected behavior 404

Environment details (please complete the following information):

  • Statamic Version v2.11.16
  • Fresh Install
  • OS: FreeBSD 11.3-RELEASE-p5
  • Web Server: Apache
  • PHP Version: 7.3
