Create Sitemap For Each Locale

SEO Pro only generates a sitemap for the default locale. The sitemap should be generated for each locale though.

I think this FR is more important. Would you agree @aerni?

Sitemap.xml is basically just a way to kick start SEO indexing these days. When implementing the proper hreflang links you would already inform bots that there's localised entries available.

There is still a use case for localised sitemaps and that's when you have entries available only in a secondary language. However: bots are still smart enough to find them by following links and

We have 32 locales. The sitemap dies in PHP at 134MB Please split it per locale.
