Duplicate Titles on collection pagination

When you have a paginated collection the plugin is using the same title for all pages causing a ton of duplicate titles in SEO reports.

For example:

/blog

<title>Blog | Sitename</title>

/blog?page=3

<title>Blog | Sitename</title>

Maybe something as simple as looking for the page query string and including the number would fix this?

/blog?page=3

<title>Blog | Page 3 | Sitename</title>
