Collection-wide "properties"

It would be super useful to be able to define a "Blueprint" for a Collection itself (not for the Entries), a bit like Taxonomies

That way, a Collection could have global properties other than just a title.

• a longer title
• a description of some sort
• a generic image
• whatever…
