Asset Tabs Overflow

When creating more than a few asset containers, the tabs overflow the screen and become unreachable. I found a PR for collapsing the tabs but it's not working for me.

But it got me wondering, why the tabs? When I was first learning Statamic they confused me a bit:

• The 'containers' in Collections, Navigation, Taxonomies, and Globals are listed. Then assets takes a hard right into tabs
• Initially it took me a minute to figure out what a tab actually represented related to folders and containers

It seems like Asset Containers being presented similar to the other content groups would have some advantages:

• The sidebar works just as well for Asset Containers as it does for other Collections
• I would get to use the lists I already understand from Collections, Navigation, Taxonomies, and Globals
• To me the relationship between folders and containers would be more obvious
• The Asset tabs can't overflow the screen if they don't exist
• I haven't seen tabs out of order but it would bug me too :)

Below is an example of this. I'm probably missing something but I just wanted to toss this out there.
