[6.x] Allow programmatic presets in Listing component

It would be very helpful to have the ability to programmatically create presets for the Listing component. This would allow addons or custom listing tables to define their own persistent preset tabs, in addition to the default “All” tab.

Here, in a custom addon, tabs for pending and approved comments would be helpful for example.

The functionality could take inspiration from forwardedTableCellSlots, which already allows programmatic definition of table cells within the Listing component.
