Add the ability to configure the listing of an entries field in the control panel

I have a movie blueprint that has a field called actors, which is an entries field. An actor has a photo field. It would be really nice if you could configure which fields (other than the title) you want to show in the relations field when listing entries in the control panel. In this example, it would be nice to show a thumbnail of the photo field and the actors name.

Great idea! Showing thumbnails for certain relations is super nice for editors to find their way through a complex form.

+1, I am working with a site that is primarily visuals based and the order is drag & drop. It would be great if you could order them on image rather then title
