Add option to allow floats when using the "Range" Fieldtype

It would be great if the Range Fieldtype had a toggle that allowed you to accepted non-integer values. Since native <input type="range"> elements can accept floats, AFAIK it shouldn't cause any problems as long as it's opt-in.
