Internal System Notifications

Dear Statamic Community,

I am excited to propose two new features for our Statamic platform and am eager to hear your thoughts on these potential enhancements.

1. Audit Log Feature: This addition aims to provide a comprehensive log of all changes within Statamic, creating a transparent and detailed historical record of edits, updates, and content modifications. It's designed to enhance oversight and facilitate better tracking of changes.

2. Internal System Notifications: With this feature, we aim to establish an effective internal notification system. It would promptly inform team members and administrators about significant activities or changes within Statamic, such as new content submissions or updates, ensuring timely attention and responsive action.

I invite the community to share their perspectives and feedback on the feasibility and usefulness of these features. Your insights and suggestions are invaluable as we consider these enhancements for the Statamic platform.

but for notification channel , i mean the internal system notifications and its drop down menu in the top bar nav

For the audit logger, as you noted, the addon works well.

For the notifications, that's a cool idea. To stay organized, I will rename this issue to focus on the second idea. In the future please open individual issues per request.
