Show broken navigation links in the CP

Currently when a nav item exists but its linked entry is removed, the CP just doesn't show the nav item at all, it would be helpful to show the nav item, but display it as broken, I believe this is done by a red background in other places entries are linked.

This would make tracking down issues on the nav easier.
