Taxonomy Edit before Save shows broken loading screen & URL is Undefined and thus 404s

Bug description

Create new collection, create new taxonomy, link taxonomy to collection, then create a new entry and create a new taxonomy in that new entry (all before saving), try to edit that taxonomy and you will receive a loading screen that is broken:

• Never shows any error
• Doesn't allow you to edit (due to undefined)

How to reproduce

1. Create new collection
2. Create new taxonomy
3. Link taxonomy to collection
4. Create a new entry and create a new taxonomy in that new entry (all before saving)
5. Try to edit that taxonomy
6. Check console to see that it 404'd and also infinitely shows loading screen
