Any way to disable upsizing?

Hi,

I am using this plugin with logo images. Some of the logo uploads I have are large, some tiny - I'm trying to resize them all to fit in a 170x170 square. Large ones work fine, but if the resolution is say 100x100 it will upscale this to 170x170 and it looks super blurry. If there any way to use this plugin and prevent upscaling?

I've tried the different dimension parameters but can't find one that does not upscale. Personally I feel images shouldn't be upscaled - and if it was it would be better to do it in CSS to avoid creating larger files unnecessarily.

Otherwise this plugin is really good, I like the syntax too.
