Position of crop

I need more control over the crop. Rather than just cropping to the center, I want to be able to position the crop.

In case there's any confusion as to what I mean, CE Image for eecms has the functionality I'm describing (See the crop param).

A couple things that I don't think should be copied from CE Image:

• subparameters - crop is a parameter that can take 4 values simultaneously, but intuitive names of parameters would be better so that devs wouldn't have to check the docs every time they forget the order these subparams have to be in.
• offset from center - it makes more sense to me to set the x and y coords of the top-left corner of the image than to offset the center. However this may just be personal preference, I can't think of any reason it's actually better.
