[Feature] Performer default tags

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Enable default tags for performers.

Describe the solution you'd like There are somethings that do not change with performers that would be nice to have default tagged. Examples are: Ethnicity, height, age, tattoos, just to mention a couple

Can be easier implemented now by an performerOnUpdate hook plugin? If a performer gets some specific tags (configurable) then add them to all their scenes/galleries/... ?
