[Feature] Leave Reviews for Scene, Performer, etc

Several movie websites or platforms support review system where a user can leave personal reviews to record feeling, impression and opinions. This is helpful to manage and remember movies.

Inspired by this review system, it would be good if stash supports to leave reviews for scene, performer, image, etc. The requested review system can involve additional functions such as review creation time, review context, multiple reviews for one scene, review editing. These functions might be similar to Youtube comments.
