[Feature] Scheduled backups from the settings page

Database backup jobs can be manually triggered from the settings page. I'd like to see an extra option in the UI that will schedule database backups at a set interval.

I've added a quick mockup of what the extra entry could look like. Presumably it would also need dropdowns to set a specific time and day of week.
