[Feature] Task Queue Improvements
Describe the solution you'd like Several general improvements to the Task Queue:
- Make the Task Queue box resizable in the UI
- Rather than "Generating" or Scanning" for queued tasks, also include some more descriptive information
- Allow moving tasks around in the queue
- When generating scene marker, display the progress like in the Terminal Session. e.g. "Scene Marker 9 of 10"
The are just the ones I would like to see, others are free to add their own requests to this Feature.

I'd also love to see the ability to pause/resume the Task Queue. I often run Scan / Identify / Auto-tag tasks in a batch after downloads complete, and it'd be nice to queue them up paused during the download and then click Resume to kick them off.
It would also be a great thing to have a "Cancel All Tasks" button which essentially cancels all tasks why have not been already started

also in addition to above, pause all tasks automatically when there is a current active stream. I use whisparr to auto download/import new scenes. Sometimes it imports which i'm streaming using stash, which triggers the generate task causing high cpu load. Would love to pause all tasks during active stream.
