[Feature] Tagger Regex specify replacement instead of space

Describe the solution you'd like An option to replace strings instead of removing them in the Tagger "blacklist" section

Additional context Originally proposed in discord as a solution to replace instead of remove invalid search characters: ie replacing "Step-Sisters" to "Step Sisters" instead of removing - to make it "StepSisters"

Not for adding tags, for searching.

ie Porn-Studio Name which is more well known as Porn Studio Name on StashDB

Another use case brought up in the discord is stripping the spaces from the beginning or the end, or replacing it with a non-space
