[Feature] Allow user to define a custom start time per scene
A lot of videos and movies start with logos and music, things we don't ever care about. It's the same with endings, especially for those who use the playlist. In general, some people may want to simply only play part of the scene when clicking on it.
Describe the solution you'd like In the scene side panel, Edit tab, add two lines where we can input start and end time, similar to the time box when we create markers: Always start at [xx:xx] Always end at [xx:xx] Perhaps a checkbox at the start of each line to enable/disable.
When configured, whenever that scene is played, it will always start and end at the specified time by default.
If this were implemented, it probably would make sense to have this value specified on Studios as well since they'll typically use the same or similar intros on all releases. The value set on a specific Scene would override any default value set on the Studio.
It might also be a good idea to allow setting multiple values for studios based on different date ranges, as studios often change their logo sequences over the years.
