[Bug Report] Saved Filters: Tag-item badge below toolbar not updating

Describe the bug Saved Filters: Tag-item badge below toolbar is not updating text when associated tag has been renamed and still displays the old name.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create Tag: Test ABC
2. On Tags, create saved filter, Parent Tags Includes, Test ABC
3. Rename tag Test ABC to Test XYZ
4. Go back to tags and select premade filter
5. Note Tag-item badge will display Test ABC & not the updated Tag name, Test XYZ

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. Upon renaming a Tag, saved filter Tag names should be updated
