[Feature] Selective Generate

I'd like a feature similar to Selective Scan and Selective Clean but for the Generate task. Scanning does not generate supporting files for videos that are already present in the database. When only one folder has changed significantly, generating the supporting files for the entire database from scratch can be very time-consuming.

I'd therefore suggest an option to preform the selected generation tasks only in a specific folder and not the entire collection. Thank you!

@Eviepayne this is already possible to some extent. Due to the nature of selective generate, it's not listed under tasks, instead you can trigger it in multiple ways.

1. Go to the scene > click ... > Select Generate.
2. Go to Scenes page > select a scene or scenes > click ... > select Generate.

Combine that with path filter and/or using select all, and you can quickly have highly customizable selective generate.
