[Bug Report] File deletion is not logged

Describe the bug Even with all of the information logged, including TRACE logs of SQL statements, an important thing like file deletion is not logged.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Scenes
2. Select a scene you want to delete
3. Go to Edit, then click Delete
4. Check the box to delete the file.
5. Look at the Settings->Logs tab, see no indication of file deletion at any logging level.

Expected behavior I expect that file deletion performed in the Stash UI to be logged at at least INFO level.
