[Feature] Add a "Show Sidebar" option that works like "Show Scrubber"

Settings -> Interface

Currently has a "Show Scrubber" option that hides the scrubber by default but it can still be toggled via keystrokes.

I'd like a similar option to collapse the sidebar by default.
