[Feature] Assign quick keyboard shortcuts for tagging when viewing

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to have a composed keyboard shortcut (T,A T,B or T,1 T,2), or when watching a file in order to tag it with tag (like "to_delete", "tag_a", "tag_b") i could configure in the settings.

It would allow me to quickly sort what i want to delete, or to have "common tags" quickly applied when watching files.
