[Feature] Make UI more mobile-friendly / less fixed-width

When occasionally accessing a stash box from a tablet or even a desktop browser window that isn't very wide (Arc split screen is very useful!), many screens (login, editing, submission review) require horizontal scrolling.

I'd like to see the layouts be more dynamic, allowing shrinking or wrapping (as appropriate) of fixed-length elements.
