Rework on keymapping secion

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No, it's not a problem, its an enhancement in the mapping section.

Describe the solution you'd like The keymapping section doesn't look much appreatively appealing, it could be enhanced much further.

1. The text is not correctly aligned, there could be a problem with nerd font which could be looked into.
2. Use different colors for NerdFont Icon, Label, and the key binding.

Describe alternatives you've considered We can try to replicate similar to what dashboard.nvim had
