in the Panels and Wells under UI Elements, click on accordion jumps to home page

When in the Panels and Wells under UI Elements, if click on accordion, instead of opening it, it jumps to home page. Same with tabs example there.

May be we need "return false" with the callback function. It's navigating to a new page. Check href attribute. That may be causing problem.
