/dashboard/panels-wells Basic tabs does not work

Switching between tabs in http://start-angular.github.io/sb-admin-angular/preview/#/dashboard/panels-wells does not seem to work. The references seem to be correct clicking on any tab seems to redirect to http://start-angular.github.io/sb-admin-angular/preview/#/dashboard/home Would greatly appreciate an amendment which would allow tabs switch content within this template.
