live streaming and video call still lag

Dear team, i try several time, for voip between android app its good quality. but for video call, streaming video still not smooth in less connection. can make it adaptive bandwith?

We already have network adaptive feature, the default is off, you can open it in the setting pannel，but the language is chinese， we will translate an English version later，thanks，and you can check your network status，by looking at the logs of your android IDE.
