Meta snip - Procedure for Introducing Starknet Breaking Changes
Is there an EIP number for the same process? If so, we can name this SNIP after the same number. Otherwise, I'll come back in a few days and attribute it the next available number.
@iliav-starkware posting here what we discussed during our meeting a month ago:
- Starkware will start making every major feature in the Starknet roadmap a SNIP for visibility
- @Eikix to hold accountable for 0.13.3
Once this is approved we can merge the SNIP and count it approved

Once this is approved we can merge the SNIP and count it approved
SW is in theory in agreement to start writing SNIPs that incorporate all the added snips for a particular upgrade.
