Don't follow this tutorial - Concourse maintainer

Hey folks, current Concourse maintainer here. This tutorial was a fantastic resource a few years ago, but as evidenced by the lack of updates, it's fallen VERY out of date. It still mostly works, but a tutorial that mostly works isn't very useful for introducing new users to Concourse. The last major update to the tutorial targets version 3 of Concourse. Concourse is on version 7 right now.
