Stream rewind support

So EXTM3U live streams work by the playlist returning the latest segments (commonly, the last 30 seconds) and the playlist is continually reloaded. Some streams like this one return the last 48 hours. Can TVirl rewind up to the start of the stream (48 hours ago, "Pos: 0.00")?
