Ldap 用户使用Guocai.Zuo 可以登录，使用guocai.zuo 无法登录，用户登录校验能够关闭大小写检测

showdoc现在确实是用户名大小写敏感的。我不清楚”不判断大小写的规则是否正常“ ，理论上用户注册什么名字就用什么名字登录，这个更合理一些吧

假如用户名注册为大写，那使用大写登录，这个逻辑应该没毛病吧
