三个有意义的功能需求建议
1.增加当前文档页的问题反馈或需求反馈，在当前文档页的右侧，设置个链接入口。如腾讯文档中心：

2.当前文档页如果使用Markdown，则在右侧悬浮显示二级目录，方便查看
3.建议在当前文档页，底部增加 有帮助、无帮助、提交工单功能，数据反馈统计收集功能，方便用户优化文档；

对于第2点，可以在编辑器找到插入TOC目录的按钮。第1和第3点功能是客服系统的功能，跟showdoc的产品定位不一样。showdoc是IT团队内部使用的工具。

我们使用这套文档系统的初衷应该是让用户更方便的获取到正确且有用的文档信息。文档的及时性，正确性，有用性我们需要根据用户的反馈进行迭代
我们的产品软件功能经常升级迭代，使用PDF无法保证内容实时性，遂查找相关网页版文档中心。
但是网页版我们也想让用户参与到我们的文档迭代中，帮我们完善文档。(和您在github上看我们给你留的留言或者问题反馈是一样的)
了解到showdoc.和 语雀。语雀能完全满足我们的需求，但是不能私有化部署。
发现showdoc.是个优秀的开源系统，不过我想要的根据用户反馈，优化文档的功能没有搞出来。
我觉得可以开发个对应插件，安装在showdoc，付费安装价格别太高，我估计有不少人是可以接受的。

1，文档页支持评论进行反馈，可以回复。本身语雀产品主导航有反馈菜单，一样的道理，showdoc是您开发的产品您需要反馈，产品手册是我们开发的产品，我们也需要反馈。

它只是普通的评论和点赞功能而已。这两个功能都是需要登录的。跟你说的反馈功能不一样。你需要的是一个客服系统。

或者有没有简单点的，当前页面的反馈通道，能不能实现这样的插件。我觉得可以调研一下您的用户群，看看有多少想要这个反馈优化功能的。看看有没有增加的必要

它只是普通的评论和点赞功能而已。这两个功能都是需要登录的。跟你说的反馈功能不一样。你需要的是一个客服系统。

目前我很少听有人反馈这个功能。一般别人都是在文档里留个邮箱或者qq之类的。再等等看有没有其他人反馈吧。

它只是普通的评论和点赞功能而已。这两个功能都是需要登录的。跟你说的反馈功能不一样。你需要的是一个客服系统。
