Display all available apps (some are missing)

Some apps are composed of two apps. For example, when installing BlitzMail, then BlitzNote is also installed.

In that case Silverfish only displays the BlitzMail app lacking any way of launching BlitzNote.

Yep, known issue. Thanks for dropping it here though ;)

The database needs to be rewritten to address this problem, which is not a trivial thing (and will probably imply losing on which category the applications are). If anyone else would like to help out on this, it would come in really handy.

Oh, I've just now noticed that my E-Mail hasn't been sent...

Anyway, I mean the shortcuts like you create with your browser to add links directly to your desktop or same thing with folders and Amaze.
