Feature Request: The ability to make a library file

The PhoenixTeam project PhoenixConfig has made extensive use of a library file for it's projects. However, we can only copy paste them. I think many people would greatly appreciate the ability to reference vals in other files thus making lib files possible. Thank you for you time.
