How to get the keywords/seed words for specific aspect?

Hi, thanks for your outstanding work! I saw there are available seed words in the path data/seeds/, but I have no idea how to get these seed words if I have a custom corpus. And I looked into the original paper, it just says "QT and all baselines use the same aspect keywords, which we sourced from a held-out set of reviews, not included in SPACE".
So what's the method you used to extract seed words? Thanks :)
