Where do ./w2v/"$domain".bin come from?

Hello there,

I am trying to recreate the model from the article and use is for new data. Reading the scripts I could not find where do ./w2v/"$domain".bin (prep_mate.sh line 8) come from? Are they just binary files of word2vec vectors for words in specified domain or how else can I make them?
