Adding to TorchXRayVision

Hello, what is the license for this model and code? Can I add it to https://github.com/mlmed/torchxrayvision ?

Also what checkpoint is the most relevant to be the default? and is there a script that will just load the model into memory and process an image? That would be helpful for me to migrate it into the library.
