Separate resources that are argon dependent in Argon

Currently, all resources are in spatial.

Doesn't this go against making argon reusable for other projects ?

With the create_resource branch, it is needed to add an argon_files_list that doesn't have a name conflict with files_list.

Argon development isn't a priority right now, except as it pertains to Spatial. When we start to port OptiML to use Argon, we can start to refactor common resource files.
